Our Founding Managing Partner Nisa Leung joined the “China Going Global: Next Chapter for Capital Markets” panel at the J.P. Morgan Global China Summit in Shanghai last Friday.

Nisa was joined on the panel by Bonnie Y Chan, CEO of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, with Anu Aiyengar, J.P. Morgan’s Global Head of Advisory and M&A, moderating.

Healthcare innovation remains a defining part of China’s globalization story. The discussion explored the next phase of China’s integration with global capital markets, and the opportunities ahead for companies and investors alike.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Lingshi Tan to Aulis as Venture Partner. Dr. Tan was formerly CEO of Caidya, where he now serves as Executive Chairman. Dr. Tan founded dMed Clinical Company (dMed) in 2016. Following a series of acquisitions, dMed established the global brand name Caidya in 2022, providing a full range of services to clients and patient populations across several therapeutic areas in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to founding dMed, Dr. Tan served for nearly 20 years in global management roles at Pfizer. After leading a Global Biometrics team, he was appointed Pfizer’s Vice President of Worldwide Development Operations and founded Pfizer (China) Research & Development Co., Ltd. Dr. Tan is a past chairman of the DIA Global Board of Directors.
